Return policy

You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the order. You'll have to cover a shipping cost.

To initiate a return, please send us an email to sales@hochusobitake.com with

1. the number of order;
2. the reason of the return;
3. pictures of product if it has quality issues.

 

IMPORTANT: Socks, gloves and underwear cannot be returned according to Annex 3 to the CMU Resolution No.172.
