Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by such delivery services as Nova Poshta (use the "Easy Return" function) or Ukrposhta.
Please note! The sender pays for the delivery according to the tariffs of the delivery service chosen by him.

Only new goods that are free of signs of use and contamination can be returned or exchanged.

You can exchange both the size and another item with a surcharge or refund.

To initiate a return or exchange, write to us at sales@hochusobitake.com or in our Instagram hochusobitake (you can find the link at the bottom of the site):
1. order number
2. Reason for return/exchange
3. Image of the product if it has quality problems.


Return procedure

To return the goods, you must submit a completed return form with the goods, indicating the reason for the return and the defects of the goods (in case of returning defective goods).

The application form is enclosed in each order, but if suddenly it was not there / the form was lost / damaged - please contact our manager in a way convenient for you (pop-up window on the site at the bottom right or in the Instagram hochusobitake) or you can download the application form for printing here.

Please be sure to fill in all the information in the application carefully!

Refund period for the goods

Upon receipt of the goods and confirmation that the goods are in good condition (no traces of use or contamination), we will refund the amount paid for the returned goods.

Your money will be returned automatically to the bank card used to pay for the goods.
The return period is 3-5 business days from the date of receipt of the parcel with the returned goods.

 

 

IMPORTANT: Socks, gloves and underwear cannot be returned according to Annex 3 to the CMU Resolution No.172.
